These terms govern use of SignalOps. SignalOps provides revenue leak diagnostics, reports, recommendations, and merchant-approved action workflows for ecommerce teams.
Use of SignalOps
You are responsible for the data you upload, connect, or authorize SignalOps to process. You must have the right to use that data and must comply with laws and platform rules that apply to your business.
Recommendations Are Operational Guidance
SignalOps provides analysis and suggested next steps. You remain responsible for reviewing outputs, validating recommendations, and deciding whether to act on them.
Customer Actions
If SignalOps drafts customer segments, exports, or campaign content, you are responsible for approving those actions and ensuring that any customer communication complies with consent, privacy, marketing, and platform requirements.
Account and Billing
Paid plans, usage limits, billing, and cancellation terms are shown in the product and checkout flow. Some features may require a paid plan or an approved integration.
